Who We Are

Adhvaait Education & Technologies Private Limited (AETPL), headquartered in Kolkata was incorporated in 2012 by leading edupreneurs, academia stalwarts and industry visionaries to create a robust skilling & education ecosystem mapped to industry requirements with the objective of empowering the bottom of pyramid with hands-on vocations in sectors like Logistics, Retail, Beauty & Wellness, Tourism & Hospitality, BFSI, IT & ITES, Healthcare, Solar & Mining.

Under “Educational Support” initiative AETPL has been running/supporting Tribal Schools in West Bengal, and Jharkhand and 11,000+ schools and colleges for the underprivileged

AETPL has created International footprints in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal with expansion plans in other ASEAN, GCC and Africa region.

Adhvaait Education are NSDC affiliated Skill Training Partner. Other esteemed clients of AETPL include United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), West Bengal Minorities Development Finance Corporation (WBMDFC), Tripura Skill Directorate and Paschim Bengal Society for Skill Development (PBSSD’s) Utkarsh Bangla Project etc.

AETPL has trained more than 25,000 beneficiaries and successfully placed more than 20,000 in organizations like Reliance, Mainland China, Café Coffee Day, Dominos, Khadims, IKF Technologies, Kochar etc.

Mr. Harjit Singh

Chief Executive Officer of Adhvaait Education & Technologies (P) Ltd.

A result-oriented professional with 28 years of extensive experience in Social Impact, SDG & Circular Economy, Consulting, Infra & EPC, IT Services, Education Start-Ups, Skilling/ Vocational SBU’s/ Franchise Development in K12, Higher Education with a focus on Strategy Planning & Management, Marketing, Brand Building, Training & Development, & Business Operations.

Mr.Harjit has worked with M/s NMS Enterprises Ltd. as Executive Director – Skill; Asst. Director – Business Development & Operations, M/s Bal Bharti Academy; Asst. Director – Skill Division, M/s Indian Society for Training & Development in Education sector. Prior to that, he has been associated with Infra & EPC cos. for 18+ years – as Project Coordinator at Rapid Metro Rail Project with M/s Arham Infrabuild Ltd.; as Liaison & Purchase Manager with M/s Dilip Buildcon Ltd., etc.

Mr. Amos C Chhetri

Also, the Founder and CEO of ACE and Managing Trustee of Rabindranath Tagore Educational Trust have years of management experience and HR outsourcing. Until recently he has served as the Sales and Placement Head (Pan-India) of Florence Fennel. Prior to his current role, Amos worked in Aspire Human Capital Pvt. Ltd., Indian Institute of Corporate Training, Teamlease, Landmark Retail (Dubai), Bank of America, and Wipro, and consultant for various State Governments.

Mr. Vipul Seth

Panopto Inc, USA has vast experience in sales & marketing, product strategy, innovation, alliances, and business development, especially for entering new markets. His experience is spread across various industries, including education, technology, training, skill development, content, and international collaborations, etc. in various companies such as CarterRadleyLLC, iCarnegie Global solutions, (a subsidiary of Carnegie Mellon University), Panopto Inc, Hero Mindmine (Hero Group) & Aspire Human Capital Pvt. Ltd.), KPO (WNS), retail banking (HDFC Bank Ltd), credit cards (American Express), and manufacturing (Daubert VCI), where he was actively involved in designing the launch of products, promotional plans, media releases, franchise development, brand building, and extensive sales & marketing to establish & build brands and generate revenue.

Govt. of West Bengal is an Advisor Emeritus of Adhvaait Education & Technologies Private Limited. He has extensive expertise in the field of Food Processing as MD of APEDA where he was instrumental in setting up Food Park in Siliguri, West Bengal.
